August 31, 2016, San Luis Obispo. The men and women who protect the lives and property of the citizens of San Luis Obispo have endorsed Supervisor Adam Hill for re-election in the November 8th election.
“It’s an honor to have this support as it is another strong message to the voters about who bests represents their values and priorities. Public safety is always of utmost importance to everyone.”
Erik Baskin, Chair of the San Luis Obispo City Firefighters Local 3523, said, “Adam is someone who has always understood the many aspects our job. He has been a friend and takes the time to listen to our concerns ensuring that the safety of our members and their families are first and foremost.”
Hill, who represents more than half the residents of the city of SLO remarked, “It says something when again and again, the people who have had to work with my opponent continue to support me. It reinforces my message that governing, especially in this critical time, is absolutely crucial. My record of success and widespread support as opposed to Dan Carpenter’s record of failure and ill will, should be and will be the focus of this election.”
Hill has represented the 3rd District on the Board of Supervisors since 2009.
