Supervisor Adam Hill Signs Climate, No Fossil Fuel Money Pledge

Supervisor Adam Hill signing climate pledgeThe organizers of the San Luis Obispo County Rise For Climate Rally and March invited all SLO County Supervisors and 2020 candidates to sign a No Fossil Fuel Money Pledge.

And of course, since Adam Hill has fought hard to protect our environment and restore public areas in SLO County for years, he didn’t hesitate to sign the pledge 🙂

Unfortunately, Supervisor Adam Hill can’t attend the march because he will be in Los Angeles for the Governor’s Task Force on Homeless, but if would like to attend it’s happening on September 27th 5-7pm.  The event kicks off at 5:00pm at 1050 Monterey St. featuring speakers in the first hour, and concludes with sidewalk march through downtown SLO.

Thanks to all the organizations who are working together to keep us all focussed on the future: Sunrise Movement SLO, Women’s March San Luis Obispo, SLO Climate Coalition, Surfrider SLO Chapter, Sierra Club – Santa Lucia, Indivisible: Rapid Response Team SLO, Climate Reality Project SLO, Extinction Rebellion SLO, SLO County Youth For Environmental Action
